Who We Are
Eric Kirkpatrick was born in Benton, Illinois in 1966. Raised in a coal mining family, he knows first hand the needs of injured parties after an on-the-job accident. His ultimate goal is to maintain a sincere and comfortable atmosphere for the client and the family as he strives to preserve the rights of the victim and obtain the highest monetary compensation possible for the injury.

Jason Caraway, from Murphysboro, Illinois, joined Kirkpatrick Law in 2007. As a law student, he was awarded 5th Best Oralist in the 2006 National American Bar Association Moot Court Competition finals and his Moot Court Competition teams won the 2006 Manhattan Regional Championship in the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition, 5th Best Brief in the American Bar Association Manhattan Regional, semi-finalist in the 2006 National American Bar Association Moot Court Competition Finals.
Through his leadership, research, and negotiation, Jason strives to provide the most comfortable atmosphere for the client while maximizing recovery.
